Have you been experiencing any of these?

You have the knowledge. So why does nothing change?

If you're experiencing any of the following, Zero Mental Noise is for you.

01

Overthinking

You keep replaying yesterday's conversation. It's over, but you can't let it go.

02

Emotional Reactions

Small comments get under your skin. You react in ways you later regret.

03

Relationships

You try explaining how you feel. Somehow, it turns into another argument. You're both talking, but nobody feels heard.

04

Parenting

You want to be patient with your child. But the same arguments over phones, studies, or behavior keep bringing out your anger.

05

Work & Decisions

You keep weighing your options, seeking advice, and worrying about what could go wrong. Days pass, and you're still unable to decide.

06

Faith & Inner Conflict

You pray and ask Allah for guidance. You want to trust Him, yet fear and uncertainty still weigh on you.

Knowledge alone doesn't change your patterns.

Change begins with recognizing the perceptions, emotional responses, and habits that keep you repeating the same experiences.

Zero Mental Noise helps you identify these patterns and learn how to work with them.

Before you join

Your Questions, Answered.

Everything you need to know before your first session.

01My mind becomes even louder when I try to meditate. Am I doing it wrong?

Not at all. In more than ten years of my own meditation practice, I've noticed that mental noise can feel louder at first because you're finally paying attention to what's already happening inside you. With practice, you can learn to observe your thoughts without getting carried away by each one.

02Will Zero Noise make all my thoughts disappear?

The goal isn't to stop thinking. It's to recognise which thoughts are useful and which are repetitive, fear-driven, or shaped by old conditioning. With practice, you can create more space between a thought and your reaction.

03I'm a student struggling with studies, relationships, or overthinking. Is this suitable for me?

Yes. You'll explore how perceptions are formed, why certain situations trigger you, how your inner critic affects confidence, and how to regulate yourself before responding. These skills can support your studies, relationships, decisions, and everyday challenges.

04Can I join if I'm taking psychiatric medication?

Yes, psychiatric medication does not automatically prevent participation. Zero Noise may complement prescribed treatment, but it does not replace medication, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care. Never stop or adjust medication without consulting your prescribing clinician. If you're unsure whether group exercises are appropriate for you, speak with your treating professional.

05Will I have to discuss my personal life in front of everyone?

No. You'll never be pressured to share personal experiences. You can participate through listening, writing, meditation, private reflection, and practical exercises. Participants are expected to respect one another's privacy, although complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting.

Practical Details & Your Privacy

06Is Zero Mental Noise therapy or a workshop?

It's a guided, experiential learning workshop that combines psychological education, reflection, mindfulness, and practical exercises. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric assessment, or medical treatment.

07Do I need to keep my camera on?

No. Camera use is optional. You can participate at your own comfort level.

08Can I attend just one session?

Yes. Each 90-minute session covers a different topic. Book one session for PKR 5,000 or all four sessions for PKR 17,500.

09How are the sessions conducted?

Sessions are conducted live online and include guided learning, reflection, and practical exercises. Joining instructions are provided after registration.

10What if I miss a session?

The missed-session, rescheduling, and recording policies will be confirmed before registration.

11How do I register and pay?

Choose one session or the four-session package, complete your registration, and pay through Stripe or bank transfer. Your booking is confirmed once payment is verified.

Your Comfort & Privacy Matter

Participation is voluntary. Personal boundaries are respected, sharing is optional, and group privacy expectations are explained before the session.

Experience your inner calm. Protect your mind.
